The Palmerston Venture is the display of an creativity that involves contemporary sensuous moments together with deluxe. At the very primary, this project was built on a precious metal framework to be able to hold up against problems. The home involves three levels placed on a 8400 sq. ft. site with just under 4000 sq. ft. of completed home. The main ground involves a huge open-space lounge utilizing the complete size of the building, brightened by over-size moving gates on the south area of the property disregarding the water, with the straight line kitchen located at its northern border area of the place. The bottom ground involves an amusement area, indoors theatre, and the 4th room. At the top ground of the property, you will find 3 rooms, all with en-suite lavatories. Two features of the project include a huge 1200 sq. ft. outdoor patio disregarding the Hawaiian Beach, and a fountain on top of the full-concrete garage area. We aspired to bring comfort to contemporary framework with the use of normal materials in addition to developing all city constraints to our advantage through the efficient use of space.
